Mr. Jusman Syafii Djamal, President Commissioner of TELKOM since December 17, 2010. Previously, he held several important positions, including Minister of Transportation in 1st Indonesia Bersatu Cabinet from 2007 to 2009, President Director (2000-2002) and Human Resources Director (1998-2000) PT. Indonesian Aerospace and Leader of Technical Group in the determination of the industry roadmap Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN). Still served as Independent Commissioner of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta, Tbk which is engaged in airport services, Chairman of Matsushita Gobel Foundation and member of National Innovation Committee of Indonesia.
He is a Profesional Engineer in Aerodynamics and Preliminary Design of Aircraft in 1989, received an Intellectual Property Rights No. ID 0021669 along with late Bambang Pamungkas for Digital Flight Control System from General Director of Intellectual Property Rights in 2008 and also received Award of Ganseha Pradjamanggala Bhakti Adiutama from ITB in 2009
Johnny Swandi Sjam has been serving as Telkom’s Independent Commissioner since January 1, 2011. He currently serves as Chairman of the Standing Committee on Infrastructure and Telecommunications Services of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as Commissioner of PT INTI (2010-2011), President Director of PT Indosat Tbk (2005-2007), President Director of Satelindo (2002-2003) and several other important positions in Indosat’s subsidiaries as Sisindosat Intikom (1997-2002).
He holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Institue Teknologi Bandung, Diploma IV in Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Industri Departemen Perindustrian, Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Universitas Gunadarma, Jakarta and Master’s degree in Business Administration and Policy from the Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta.
Parikesit Suprapto has been serving as Commissioner of Telkom since May 11, 2013. He previously served as Deputy of Business Services, Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (2010-2012), Deputy of Banking Industry and Finance, Ministry of State Owned Enterprise (2008-2010) and Advisor to the State Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Small Business Sector (2006-2008). In corporate environment, among others, he has served as a Commissioner of PT Indosat Tbk (2011-2012) and Commissioner of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Industri (1980), a Master’s degree in Economic Development from Indiana University, USA (1990) and a doctoral degree in Development Economics from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA (1995).
Hadiyanto has been serving as Commissioner of Telkom since May 11, 2012. He currently serves as the Director General of State Wealth in the Ministry of Finance. Previously Hadiyanti served, among others, as the Head of the Legal Office in the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance and the Alternate Executive Director of the World Bank. In corporate environment, he has served as a Commissioner of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (2007-2012) and the President Commissioner of PT Bank Export Indonesia (2007-2009).
He holds a law degree from the Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Master of Law (LLM) from Harvard University Law School, USA and a doctoral degree in Legal Studies from the Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung.
Virano Gazi Nasution has been the Independent Commissioner of Telkom since May 11, 2012. Previously, he served as Commercial Director of PT Indonesia Comnet Plus, a subsidiary of PT PLN (2009-2012), an Advisor to the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (2008-2009) and the Director of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (2001-2005).
He holds a bachelor degree in System Engineering from University of Arizona and a master’s degree in Economic Engineering from Stanford University, USA.
Imam Apriyanto Putro has been serving as Commissioner of Telkom since April 2014. He previously served as Commissioner of Semen Indonesia and also served as Secretary in the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises. He earned his Bachelor degree from Faculty of Economic from Universitas Diponegoro, a Master Degree from Institut Bisnis Indonesia Jakarta and a Doctoral Degree from Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
Indra Utoyo, 51, joined Telkom in 1986 and has held a variety of positions. Prior to his appointment as Director of ISP he served as Director of IT, Solution & Supply (2007-2012). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1985) and a Master’s degree in Communication & Signal Processing from Imperial College, University of London, UK (1994).
Muhammad Awaluddin, 45, also serves as President Commissioner of Infomedia, an indirect subsidiary of Telkom. Prior to his appointment as Director of Enterprise & Business Service, he served, among other positions, as President Director of Infomedia (2010-2012); EGM of Access Network Division, Telkom (2010) and EGM of Regional Division I Sumatra, Telkom (2007-2010). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya, Palembang (1990) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the European University, Antwerp, Belgium (1998).
Sukardi Silalahi, 47, joined Telkom in 1991 and, prior to his appointment as Director of Consumer Service, he served in a variety of positions, including Executive General Manager (“EGM”) of Eastern Consumer Services Division (2011-2012); Deputy EGM of Western Consumer Services Division (2010-2011); EGM of Regional Division VI Kalimantan (2008-2010) and Deputy EGM of Fixed Wireless Network Division (2007-2008). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1989).
Ririek Adriansyah, 49, also serves as President Commissioner of Telin, a subsidiary of Telkom. He joined Telkom in 1990 and, prior to his appointment as Director of Wholesale & International Service, served as, among other positions, President Director of Telin, a subsidiary of Telkom (2011-2012); Director of Marketing & Sales, Telin (2010-2011); Director of International Carrier Service, Telin (2008-2010) and Deputy EGM of Infratel Division, Telkom (2004-2008). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1989).
Honesti Basyir, 44, has served as our Director of Finance since May 11, 2012. Prior to his appointment as Director of Finance, he has held a number of key positions with Telkom, including Vice President (“VP”) for Strategic Business Development at ITSS Directorate (2012); VP for Strategic Business Development at SICP (2010-2012); Project Controller of Project Management Office (2009-2010) and Assistant Vice President (“AVP”) for Business & Finance Analysis (2006-2009). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1992) and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (2004).
Priyantono Rudito, 45, has served as our Director of Human Capital Management . Concurrently, he also serves as Commissioner of Telkomsel, a subsidiary of Telkom. Since he joined Telkom in 1991, he has served in a number of positions, including as VP for Corporate Strategic Planning (2011-2012) and VP for Marketing & Consumer Care (2007-2011). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1991) and a Master’s degree in Business (Marketing) (1997) and a Doctoral degree in Management (2011) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
Rizkan Chandra, 44, has served as our Director of Network & IT Solution. Concurrently, he also serves as Commissioner of Telkomsel, a subsidiary of Telkom. Prior to his appointment as Director of Network & IT Solution, among other positions, he served as President Director of Sigma, our indirect subsidiary (2010-2012); Senior General Manager (“SGM”) of Telkom Learning Center (2008-2010) and VP for Infrastructure & Service Planning, Telkom (2007-2008). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1992) and a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore (2000).
