Jakarta, March 30, 2007 – PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. ("TELKOM") announced that with the issuance of Bapepam ruling No. X.K.7 dated March 30, 2007 regarding annual filing period and periodic financial reporting for issuers listed both in the Indonesian and foreign stock exchanges, the filing period for the company’s financial reporting year ended 2006 has become the same as the Annual Report on form 20-F filing date with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (6 months after fiscal year ended) namely end of June 2007.
However, the Company will still aim to file the audited financial statements for the year ended 2006 at the earliest and will submit in accordance to the Indonesian Capital Market and the US SEC filing requirements.
