Telkom Consumer Service Director Siti Choiriana (center) was trying to use a smart device at the Plasa Telkom Digital Yogyakarta, which is a service outlet with the latest innovation of a walk-in channel that uses independent digital services for customers. 

 

Jakarta, 8 March  2020 – PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) continue to consistently provide the best service for its customers with a new digital experience. This commitment was evident with the simultaneous launch of Plasa Telkom Digital in Yogyakarta and Solo, on Friday (6/3). Plasa Telkom Digital is a service outlet with the latest innovation of a walk-in channel uses independent digital services for customers. Telkom Consumer Service Director, Siti Choiriana attended the launching ceremony. 

"Plasa Telkom Digital is a part of our efforts in realizing the Best in Class Customer Experience. In addition to provide applications on smartphones, Telkom also built Plasa Telkom Digital as a one-stop solution by implementing an independent digital services concept,” Telkom Consumer Service Director, Siti Choiriana said.

Plasa Telkom previously was only a customer service-based center, now as a Plasa Telkom Digital, it improved its services using the most advanced smart devices such as myIndiHome and MyGraPARI. Services available at Plasa Telkom Digital include new installation of IndiHome, service upgrades, activation of IndiHome Add-ons, bill payments, as well as product information and other Telkom services.

Moreover, Plasa Telkom Digital is also equipped with other services such as Virtual Reality Games services, Digital Library (PaDi), and Kids Zone or children's playground. These extra services are expected to make customers feel more comfortable and happy when visiting Plasa Telkom Digital.

Previously, Telkom has launched 19 Plasa Telkom Digital in seven regions where it operates and it will continue to massively develop more Plasa Telkom Digital. This clearly proves that Telkom is committed in developing and making digitalization to evenly spread in Indonesia.
