Bambang Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro is an Indonesian citizen and President Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2021. 

He graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 1990, majored in Development Economics & Regional Economics, and is a holder of a Master of Urban Planning, and Ph.D. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1993 and 1997. 

His last role was Minister of Research and Technology (Head of National Research and Innovation Agency) in 2019-2021.

Wawan Iriawan is an Indonesian citizen and an Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. Wawan was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2020. 

He graduated from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in 1987 and is a holder of  Law Magistrate and Doctor of Law from Universitas Padjajaran in 2015 and 2018.

His last role was as Managing Partner at Iriawan & Co. in 1999-2020.

Bono Daru Adji is an Indonesian citizen and an Independent Commissioner of  Telkom Indonesia. Bono was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2021.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Trisakti University (1993) and an LL.M. from Monash University (1995).

His last role was as Managing Partner at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners.

Marcelino Pandin is an Indonesian citizen and an Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2019.

He holds degrees from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Cambridge Judge Business School, and the University of Queensland, and is also a Chartered Director from the Institute of Directors, UK.

His last role was Committee, World Observatory on Subnational Government Finance and Investment of OECD.

Ismail is an Indonesian citizen and an Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2019. 

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung.

Concurrently, he is serving as Direktur Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics.

Rizal Mallarangeng is an Indonesian citizen and Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2020.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1990 and advanced degrees in Comparative Politics from Ohio State University in 1994 and 2000.

Before his appointment, he was the Executive Director of Freedom Institute (2001-2020).

Isa Rachmatarwata is an Indonesian citizen and Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2021.

He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences - Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1990 and is a holder of a Master of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo  in 1994. 

Concurrently, he is serving as Direktur Jendral Anggaran of the Ministry of Finance.

Arya Mahendra Sinulingga is an Indonesian citizen and Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2021.

He graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung, majored in Civil Engineering.

Concurrently, he is serving as Staf Khusus Menteri of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.

Silmy Karim is an Indonesian citizen and Independent Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. He was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 30, 2023.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitas Trisakti in 1997, a Master of Economics from Universitas Indonesia in 2007, and a Global Law Scholar from Georgetown University in 2010.

Concurrently, he is serving as Direktur Jendral Imigrasi of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
