Jakarta, 18 March 2022 – IndiHome, the leading fixed broadband service of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), participated in supporting the world-class GP Series at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, on 18-20 March 2022. IndiHome is taking part as a venue partner to make the 2022 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia a successful event.

Director of Business Development of the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) Ema Widiastuti gave out the symbolic collaboration mark for IndiHome during the Mandalika GP Series press conference at the Mandalika GP Hub, Oval Atrium Epicentrum Walk, Jakarta on Tuesday last week.

According to Cahyadi Wanda, Deputy Director of the Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA), the association will continue to focus on increasing cooperation to organize future events in the circuit.

"Our circuit was chosen to be the venue for a number of international class racing events so that it has received attention from world racing lovers and observers. The opportunity to be part of the event at Pertamina Mandalika Circuit is a moment for a brand to go international. We welcome cooperation with all parties so that we can take advantage of this golden opportunity and to build awareness of brands, companies or institutions," Cahyadi said.

Telkom Consumer Service Director Venusiana said the Pertamina 2022 Grand Prix of Indonesia will be the first, most-awaited race in the Mandalika GP Series in Indonesia.

“To make this event a success, IndiHome as Indonesia's Internet has contributed by becoming a venue partner in collaboration with ITDC and MGPA. By providing world-class internet services IndiHome also supports the revival of tourism in Indonesia. The Mandalika GP Series is the official identity for all racing events that take place at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit. “We are working with 14 merchants that draw many spectators at the location. To make it easier for spectators to visit these merchants, we provide free Wifi at high speed, so that spectators can communicate smoothly," Venusiana said.
