Jakarta, 15 April 2019 – All TelkomGroup services, both cellular and non-cellular, continues to run as normal  after a 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit Morowali and Banggai Islands and its surrounding areas on Friday night (12/4). 

"We have been monitoring the situation since Friday night to today, Telkom equipment’s condition is still under control. There have been no reports of service disruptions for Telkomsel, IndiHome and other services," said Telkom Corporate Communication Vice President Arif Prabowo in Jakarta.

TelkomGroup continues to monitor and constantly alert its personnel to anticipate the possibility of customer service disruptions.
 
Arif said, all TelkomGroup employees expressed concern of the earthquake that struck parts of Morowali and Banggai and they hoped that conditions in the two affected areas would remain conducive.
