This Corporate Secretary is an Indonesian citizen, born in Indonesia on 11 january 1988 and domiciled in Indonesia. She was appointed as Corporate Secretary on 1 November 2023 till present. She graduated from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Field of Study: Economic.

The Corporate Secretary is an organ of the company which has significant role in facilitating the company’s internal communication, make a connection between the company and its shareholders, the Financial Services Authority, and other stakeholders as well as ensuring the Company’s compliance with the applicable rules and regulations in the field of capital market.

Penempatan dan Penugasan:
Telkom has appointed a Vice President (“VP”) of Investor Relations who also performs tasks and duties of a Corporate Secretary in accordance with the Financial Services Regulation No.35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate Secretary of the Issuer Companies or Public Companies. Investor Relations is responsible for preparing the provision of information between the Company and its Shareholders in accordance with the prescribed code of conducts, and maintaining the systematic feedback mechanism to the management in order to be able to respond to the dynamics of the shareholders and the capital markets efficiently, effectively, and continuously.
