Jakarta, 23 June 2023 – PT Telkom Akses, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) whose business is telecommunications access infrastructure, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2022 fiscal year at Telkom Landmark Tower, Jakarta, on Tuesday (20/6).

As part of the AGM agenda, Telkom Akses reported revenue of 8.7 trillion rupiah, EBITDA of 612  billion rupiah, and net profit of 310 billion rupiah. These financial statements have been verified by an EY-affiliated, independent public accounting firm Purwantono, Sungkoro, & Surja. 

These achievements are the result of Telkom Akses' commitment and dedication throughout 2022 amidst the post-COVID-19 pandemic business and economic recovery, fully supported by Telkom as the parent company of Telkom Akses. "We hope that Telkom Akses' achievements in 2022 are more sustainable and continuously increasing in the future, so that we can take part in providing excellent services to contribute to operational cost efficiency for TelkomGroup and, of course, providing the best service for customers and the community," said Stanislaus Susatyo, CEO of Telkom Akses.

In the future, in 2023, Telkom Akses plans to start business expansion by targeting new markets outside TelkomGroup, which it has initiated through a cooperation agreement with Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkur for the provision of network infrastructure and fiber optic network (FO) business in the Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang (PIER) area and will be followed by cooperation with other external parties.

In addition to reporting financial and business performance, this AGM has established the new Board of Commissioners and Directors for 2023. Changes in the Board of Commissioners and Directors are expected to contribute to the improvement of company performance and support all future corporate strategies.
