JAKARTA, October 26, 2026 – Entering international markets presents both an opportunity and a challenge for Indonesian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Beyond delivering quality products, entrepreneurs need to expand their business networks and connect with global buyers to unlock sustainable growth opportunities.

Supporting these efforts, TelkomGroup presented six of its fostered MSMEs at Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2026, held on October 14–18, 2026. Through this participation, TelkomGroup encouraged MSME entrepreneurs to introduce Indonesia’s flagship products, explore international partnership opportunities, and strengthen business readiness to enter global markets.

The participation of six MSMEs—Keumamah Cutkak, Fiorellya by Dwee, Dbaloy, Rendang Oma Keenan, Zura Snack, and IQLEEM—recorded positive results. Over the five-day exhibition, they generated IDR 44 million in direct sales and gathered 82 buyer leads, including 35 prospective international buyers across 18 countries in four regions. This outcome serves as a strong indicator of open growth opportunities for Telkom-fostered MSMEs in a broader market.

Hery Susanto, Senior General Manager of Social Responsibility at Telkom, said that fostering MSMEs' participation in TEI is part of Telkom’s ongoing commitment to strengthening business capacity and unlocking broader market access.

“For Telkom, the success of MSMEs participating in trade shows is measured not only by immediate transactions, but also by follow-up partnership opportunities. Through our BISA Kreatif economic pillar and the spirit of Bersama Jadi Bisa, we empower MSMEs to continually enhance product quality, build business readiness, and foster long-term relationships with prospective international partners. That way, the opportunities created become tangible steps toward BISA Export,” said Hery.

The featured products from the supported MSMEs showcased the strong potential of local products to reach global markets. Keumamah Cutkak introduced Aceh Tuna Sambal; Dbaloy presented smoked milkfish; Rendang Oma Keenan offered processed rendang products; and Zura Snack highlighted innovations made from breadfruit. Meanwhile, Fiorellya by Dwee showcased modest fashion collections, and IQLEEM introduced apparel manufacturing products.

In terms of business performance, Keumamah Cutkak recorded the highest sales at IDR 22 million and secured three buyer leads, including sample purchases by prospective buyers from Japan and Malaysia. Fiorellya by Dwee recorded IDR 7.1 million in sales and collected 11 leads from potential partners in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Yemen, Brunei Darussalam, Japan, Nigeria, and India.

Dbaloy achieved IDR 7 million in sales with 12 leads, while exploring shipping opportunities to Brunei Darussalam, Kuwait, the Solomon Islands, Malaysia, and Japan. Meanwhile, Rendang Oma Keenan posted IDR 5.5 million in sales and secured three leads, including requests for official proposals from prospective partners in India and Brunei Darussalam. Zura Snack recorded IDR 2.3 million in sales and three leads, including a request to send breadfruit flour samples to Germany.

Furthermore, IQLEEM recorded the most prospective buyer leads, capturing 50 leads. This achievement highlights the diverse business opportunities that Telkom-fostered MSMEs can cultivate through participation in international trade exhibitions.

These achievements mark an initial milestone for MSMEs in turning generated leads into concrete business collaborations. With ongoing guidance, including support from Rumah BUMN Telkom, follow-up with buyer prospects is expected to strengthen MSMEs' readiness to meet market demands, form partnerships, and expand their product reach globally.

Participation in TEI 2026 reflects TelkomGroup's commitment, through the BISA Kreatif economic pillar, to empowering Indonesian MSMEs to scale up and compete internationally. In line with the spirit of Bersama Jadi Bisa, TelkomGroup continues to support business capacity building and market access expansion so that more of Indonesia's finest products can access the global stage.

Through these steps, TelkomGroup aims to help MSMEs not only generate economic value, but also build a resilient and sustainable business foundation.
