In this agreement, Telkom and MNC Media will collaborate in producing, acquiring and distributing television programs as well as the best content for their viewers. The two media companies will also feature a variety of shows from national and international TV channels, to the best video on-demand from various genres. Moreover, IndiHome and MNC Media will also develop IndiHome TV's channels' broadcast  on MNC Media's platforms and vice versa.

Jakarta, 21 December 2021 - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) through its fixed broadband service IndiHome forges official cooperation with PT Global Mediacom Tbk (MNC Media), a media provider of streaming digital linear TV and video on demand services. Telkom Consumer Service Director, Venusiana, and Executive Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo, signed a memorandum of understanding in Jakarta (21/12) to mark the cooperation.  

Telkom Consumer Service Director Venusiana said, "we are very enthusiastic about Telkom's collaboration, in this case IndiHome, with MNC Media. Through this collaboration, we can further complement the variety of content on IndiHome TV so that we can make IndiHome TV a window of entertainment for customers."

The signing of this memorandum of understanding is expected to be a strategic step for IndiHome and MNC Media in developing their interactive TV business in order to improve the best customer experience in enjoying unlimited quality shows on IndiHome TV and Vision+.
